  • deliver the services you’ve requested

  • access relevant platforms for your project

  • issue invoices and manage billing

  • maintain accurate records of your project

We never sell, rent, or share your information with third parties outside of necessary project tools (e.g., Wix, Canva, Google Drive, Xero).

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard platforms such as:

  • Xero

  • Google Drive

  • Wix

  • Notion

  • Canva

Access is restricted to authorised staff and contractors working directly on your project. We will never share your passwords publicly or via insecure channels.

4. Third-Party Tools

We may use third-party platforms essential to project delivery, such as:

  • Canva

  • Wix

  • Google Workspace

  • Meta/Ad accounts (with permission)

These platforms have their own privacy policies.

5. Confidentiality

Anything you share with us — content, files, notes, documents, logins, or raw materials — remains confidential.

6. Your Rights

You can:

  • request access to the information we hold about you

  • request corrections or updates

  • revoke access to platforms

  • request removal of your information (unless legally required to store it—for example, invoicing records)

7. Data Retention

Project files and client information may be stored for up to 5 years for administrative and legal record-keeping.

 

You may request early deletion of creative files.

Financial records required by law cannot be deleted.
